Well, the All Star Game was a lot of fun even though we had to cut it short. I really enjoyed everything that went on for both days, and heard the same from the other players. It was a good day for me winning the HR Derby, and hitting a HR in the game as well. I was amazed at how much everyone got into the game. Here are a couple of pics for those of you who don't get the Lancaster newspaper. Let me know what you thought about the whole night...

Congrats. Seemed like you got warmed up and into a groove in the second round. I was worried for a second there but you came through.
I thought it was great! The HR Derby was fun to watch (and congrats on the win, by the way) and the game was really quite good. Plus it was fun to cheer on the guys and their achievements during the game regardless of the team or individual. The only bummer in the game was the weather screwing poor Steve out of his at-bat. But at least he got to play! The staff seemed to have gone all out, too. The place looked great, everything was well staffed, it all ran very close to on schedule...couldn't have asked for a better evening!
Congratulations, Jeremy, on winning the 2007 All Star Home Run Derby. What a nice honor to take on your home field and in front of a predominantly "Stormers' crowd.
The game was enjoyable and the home runs were incredible!
My wife and I also enjoyed the Tuesday evening at the Landis Valley Museum dinner. We sat with Bobby Brownlie (Starting North AS Pitcher) and Keith Reed (ex-player for the Baltimore Orioles now OF for the Bears). Both Keith and Bobby play for the Newark Bears.
It was a nice evening mingling with people from the league.
Two great evenings of fun and excitement in Lancaster county!
I could see myself in the pic that shows you swinging for the fences in the HR Derby... Cool! I showed the pic to my sons and they thought it was my older brother sitting there... am I getting that old!? :-)
Congratulations on the HR derby. Extra Special that YOU won, and did it in front of us the people who cheer for you night after night. Like the icing on the cake ! A nice bonus for all of us.
This was my first All Star game and now I can't wait for the next one.
Hey, see your doing well. Happy for you. Just showing some love from New York...from your cyclone days...Keep up the good work.

JT where have you been lately? No new news from the locker room about the change in management.
I hope the team can get kick started here soon. You know that there are a lot of dedicated fans rooting for you and the boys.

Congrats, Jeremy on breaking your homerun drought tonight in Newark! You had a wonderful game...wow! 6 RBIs to go with that homerun. Gook luck with tomorrow's doubleheader! I know you guys can keep the momentum going!
