Off to a rough start

Wow, what a crappy road trip. After losing 3 games in Long Island we really need to get on the ball and turn this thing around. I think our biggest problem right now is just putting too many guys on base via walks and being hit by pitches. I think we also need to replace the production we would have gotten from Clyde. I have been a big advocator of having Dario Delgado in the line up everyday. He is a good hitter and has hit the ball well in every game he has played in, so I can't see why he is not in there. I hope he gets a chance to play more regularly. Anyways, we have some things to fix and hopefully we will take care of it soon.

I sure Hope the team gets their act together plus praying Frank makes a lot better decisions than last Friday nights one...not bringing in Lira to pitch the 8th and 9th.

Things will start coming together just like last year. I feel the pitching will come around and the bats will start working. Everyone just needs to find their groove. Hopefully we can get another big hitter to help with the run producing. The season is young. I think because you guys were champs last year that everyone, including me, had high expectations. But reality is that it is a new year. The true fans will be there wether you win or loose. Remember the 9 or 10 game loosing streak you had last year. Things came around and you guys finshed top of the division again. Good luck tonight in Bridgeport.
