The stadium sets up all of our music in a computer program, and when someone comes up they click their names on the computer and the persons music plays. we all pick what we want to play and some guys have a couple they rotate. it would be cool to have a cd made but you would have to copyright it, also you would have to pick opening day lineup, or playoff lineup since people change thoughout the year.
IVE BEEN USING THAT SONG SINCE MY SENIOR SEASON IN COLLEGE IN 2000. IVE JUST ALWAYS LIKED THAT SONG, AND IT WORKS WELL WITH THE ANNOUNCERS AS WELL. THEY ARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE BANDS AS WELL.
I HAVE BEEN ON 2 OTHER TEAMS THAT WON CHAMPIONSHIPS, BROOKLYN CYCLONES (2001), JACKSON SENATORS(2003), AND LANCASTER BARNSTORMERS(2006). LANCASTER WAS THE BEST. I WAS RELEASED BY BROOKLYN BEFORE THEY WON, AND JACKSON WAS IN A LOWER INDY LEAGUE. THEY WERE ALL GREAT AND FUN TEAMS THOUGH.
i think it would be great, i like having my name on the back of my jersey. they act like it is a huge problem changing the names when people move on and off of the teams, but i have played on indy and affiliated teams with names on the back and it is not as difficult as some say. anyways, i would like to have them. that way people wouldnt ask you, hey who is #22? they would know everyone by their names.
Thanks for the answer. Is that something the league would have to endorse or can one team do it on their own, for example, I think Lancaster is the only team with an American Flag on the back.
Glad to see your coming back to stormer nation! Me and my brother were the face paint guys that always sat behind the pithers. Anyway tryouts are coming up in camden nj , last year was fun cheering you guys on but i want to play. Any tips you can give me to impress the teams. I would love to play with the barnstormers but i guess if i can get on with any club would be great.

What made you pick the song you did? How long did you end up using it?

Since this question came up on another blog page, what are your thoughts about having names on the back of Atlantic League jerseys?
